Very peaceful.
I usually go here on Sundays.
Best time to go is morning. After 11pm you might find it a bit difficult to find parking.

Everyone is very approachable and respectful.

They have a library and you can find books in Hindi and English as well (as I can’t read Punjabi this helped a lot). There will be some or other person to help you with anything you’re looking for.

You can borrow books. Make sure you do return them. So that they can be leveraged by others.

Sikh scripture says what about temple food goes around for all and not restricting anyone yet their kitchen guy walks over to me at a wedding lineup that I waited so long in and says to me I can't eat and only can from days old langar which he walks me up to and much of main langar spoiled looking. Came said and took me away, all that even though I at back of line and halfway up food line and nobody behind me and tons upon tons of wedding food in the langar hall. Don't want to make this about me, it was the main langar passing off as ok to eat which not sit well with me and not sit well in my stomach still. Still feeling unwell from eating. Anyways after I go back into their small prayer room and scripture reader stops reading aloud and only when another few come in he resumes aloud and when once again only me he stops reading aloud again. They're getting donations yet no phatt whatsoever nor effort in their putout langar; they just be sitting and taking in money. And where is the money going?, like seriously everytime I go no toilet paper in male bathroom stalls upstairs and to me somebody complained about it also. Even issues downstairs langar washroom so dirty black drops all over tiles and smelt like stinkbomb in there. And from months before when I went, their janitor who seems to have quit, he I overheard say female toilets always clogging and they not paying him fairly. ...There are way bigger issues they should be focusing on than to pick on hungry college kids, sadly I doubt they will change and as that be I never going back and this one not worthy of donations when get older.
