I feel bad to giving 1* to Gurudwara but I felt bullied and gives me impression that it’s owned by few people and they do whatever they want.
Today I was waiting for important call and thought instead of doing nothing why not do Path. So I started Rehras sahib in langer hall reading from my phone. But I was told that i m not allowed to do path in langer hall, even when I was not reading loud or disturbing anyone. Langer hall only have few people and I was so focused in path when this person named Harjeet Singh approached me and stopped me from doing path in langer hall and asked me to go upstairs. I told them I can’t go upstairs because I’m waiting for someone but they just not listen. I asked them if it’s rule in sikhi not to do path in langer hall, they said no but they still not allowe me to do path. I was in tears when left gurudwara and feels like never going back to this Place. I understand that I should not be doing path if there was lot of sangat in langer hall but there were hardly few peoples…
March 4th: I would like to reply to your response today. Sir, can you please explain , how I was disturbing the peace and harmony by just doing path from my phone. I was reading was not loud or anything. Rules and regulations should be for the welfare of the sangat not to rule the sangat. After yesterday incident, I have no intention to visit.
Please I just request to follow Guru Nanak Dev ji s mission- kindness and path can be done anywhere, no need to have a special or dedicated place for Bani. Also Langer hall only have few people that time.

This one star is only for the management as my Waheguru is always 10 on 10 but I Felt so bad today when they refused my entry in the gurudwara..I been going to same gurudwara for over a decade and my mom always does seva there for hours everyday but they didn’t allow me to enter today cause I was wearing jean half pants telling me it’s not allowed only pants and pyjamas which is so weird cause no one ever said anything to me before all those years…Sorry never ever coming back broke my heart today as one can only do Darshan if they follow the dress code wow

I am very sorry and ashamed of sharing this review.. I have been bullied everytime I visit this gurdwara sahib …. Management including seniors and there 4 members wearing some ID cards (2 girls and 2 guys), who themselves are always busy chit chatting with each other will embarrass people for praying or using phone(without even knowing the reason) … they are so Insensitive that if you sit there and start praying .. these people think they are above path, Guru Granth Sahib ji di bani that they will harass you till you stop praying in the middle. they stand in the middle of the Gurbani hall and harasse you without realizing that they are the ones disturbing all people in the hall instead of the person sitting praying. we have never faced such bullying and harassment in any of the gurdwara sahib in Canada or even in India. We come for some peace … we come when we are at the lowest for support from Waheguru ji but this management and staff makes sure that you leave in the same mind set without peace.
Bdw I took picture of the rasad to be donated (picture attached for proof) and your management did not say anything about using phone but the moment I used phone to share that with family in real time … your management staff came running to harass and bully a person. What a shame to be that selective.

I was using my phone as it was an important call from my work and one sevadar baba ji told me not to use the phone inside gurughar. I apologised and this was my mistake and im accepting. But what about the GYM WEARS or LEGGINGS which girls or ladies wear.. will any sevadar baba ji or anybody ask them to not wear LEGGINGS or GYM WEARS??

Ok we visited few times, still under construction? Asking $15 million now ? What was asking price in the start when it had open unfinished basement ? Also why do the sevadaars have staring issue. Good that you have temple management watching to keep all in order. But as you get langar you get stared at ! Even for our female visitors it's highly uncomfortable. Then you get tea snacks more stares. Even as a male. You should inform your sevadaars to watch their gaze. Thus happening each time. The roti server standing Even worse. Good luck . In your donations . Also let's keep politics out of sikh temple.

Waheguru ji ka khalsa , Shri Waheguru ji ki fateh. I regularly visit this Gurudwara Sahib and have never faced any issues with the people or the facilities. It's disheartening to hear members of our own community making negative comments about the services and the individuals working here. Taking care of everything in such a sacred space is no small task. Please remember that this is a home of God, and we come here to pray and seek peace, not to find faults in others. Let us refrain from giving unnecessary negative feedback. Thank you for understanding.

I find an inner peace at here. And kirten is just amazing. So far all the ragis come here they were all amazing that won't let you get up. Waheguruji ❤️
